i was playing with her and rubbing her cheek and every time i did she smiled and i got it on camera! isn't she a doll?

just an update...
Last weekend was fun. i left and came down to houston to visit with my sis and niece and i had so much fun! we hung out and she let me help out with addyson that night. it was fun! but boy i feel for my sis, she does not get much sleep at all. but from what she tells me things are getting better and i am very happy for her.
dennis came up a day later and we all hung out with the family and my Grandpa flew in from Indiana. that was so much fun seeing him. i miss him so much. when i am around him it makes me feel like a kid again who wants to hang on to his every word and hear him laugh and brag about his grandkids... i cant wait to see him again!
saturday we spent with dennis' sisters because it was Joni's 17th b'day! we had a good time. it was nice to spend some time with them. we went to their dad's and had cake and visited and then came back to his mom's and hung out..then we left to hang out with my fam and my grandpa and then spent sunday (father's day) over there too... that was so much fun!
my brother wade had his girlfriend kelly there and we embarrassed him by showing home videos that he made when he was little. boy were they hilarious! oh my... wade you were and are so creative! there is one that we HAVE to turn into america's funniest home videos. people will love it. we saw it twice and laughed both times hysterically!
sunday my grandpa took us out to eat to fuddruckers and then wade had to leave to go back to camp... and then we all relaxed and most of the fam fell asleep. dennis and i played cards with grandpa and mom and then we left that evening for home...it was hard to leave everyone but i know we will be back very soon!
on a different note. dennis got a new job! well a second job but it's really his main job. it's with a company doing well testing for the oil field.. it's an amazing job and it's a wonderful opportunity for Dennis. he will be training for a while but also working in the field too... i am so excited and happy for him. this is definately a step up for us and it is a blessing from God. he's going to do the carpentry on the side and eventually build our house but this job will keep him very busy!
work is going well for me... the i phone is coming out and i think things are going to get a little crazy but it's ok. "this too shall pass"
i hope everyone is doing well. have a wonderful week oh and just three weeks and my hubby will be 25! I love you Dennis!

new radiator
ok so Praise the Lord that He has blessed me with a wonderful and reliable car... BUT i guess after having it five years and 145,000 miles later something had to be replaced right?
i am thankful that my husband found that the radiator had a crack in it and we were able to get it replaced before it ruined the engine...thank you babe for taking care of me! what would we do without husbands??????
ok so i am praying nothing else goes wrong for another five years!
ps... i get to see my family and my Grandpa and most importantly my new niece this weekend! i am soooooooooooooo excited about that!
Addy i love you so much! you are the most beautiful little girl ever! :)
and to all you women that are having babies or have had babies my hat is off to you! i see what my sister is going through and even though i saw my mom go through it i was too young to really see the hard work and effort that is put into having a newborn and raising a child... it's truly a blessing, and yet the hardest job in the entire world!

My hubby's new truck
Well, we
FINALLY have a four door vehicle... FOUR FULL DOORS! This is the first 4 door vehicle my husband and I have EVER owned and we are proud of it. I told Dennis that maybe this is a hint to God that now we can have kids to fill the back seat! :) isn't it gorgeous? We needed something bigger and he needed something with a bigger engine to pull more with his job... so we got this! it's a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD and is forest green. It's gorgeous and so fun to ride in. It's kinda big for me to want to drive all the time but he has let me test it out... a lot of power for this woman that's for sure! so i think i will be the one riding most the time anyway....
i am so happy that my hubby finally has the truck he has been wanting and needing for a while now... now that he is content it's time to do some work on my car... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm maybe new wheels??????? hint hint hint.....
