so for those of you who know my husband you also know that he is nothing short of a comedian. oh did i say short???? well funny story. his mom text messaged me and asked me to send her a pic of our table because she wants one like it or the same one if we can pick it up for her and bring it down there one day.... WELLLLLL.... i took one of dennis sitting at the table and he just made the table look so small and it's not. it's got the higher chairs and it's a decent size for four or six people.... well she said "hmmm is it a high table?" and i told her "i guess you cant tell with dennis in one of the chairs can you?" and she laughed. so then dennis stood beside the table and here you go.... unfortunately his sisters would have a hard time sitting at THIS table. haahahaahah.... Dennis and i laughed so hard when i took this pic. i could not hold the camera still long enough and kept falling over laughing... if you dont find it funny then i guess you had to be there but man it was hilarious! Babe, you always make me laugh and i love it... you are the funniest man i have ever met and i look forward to many more years of laughter with you....

Home made Christmas Basket
ok, so i have been wanting to make a Christmas basket and i finally did! well i didnt handmake the basket itself but i bought the basket and everything else and made it all work! i painted the tips of each pine cone (20-27 i lost count) with glitter glue... and it turned out so pretty. and then i put the garland around the handle on the basket and put potpouri at the bottom and the pine cones on top... looks AND smells good! well i was happy because my hubby loved it and he was surprised. from how i described what i had WANTED to do and what i DID do it was totally different... so i am excited that it turned out and now i have a pretty holiday centerpiece that goes with our kitchen and dining area... :) i guess i can get a little creative at times. it takes me a while to piece it together though. i walked around Michaels forever picking up stuff and putting it back and finding this and finding that.... it was fun though! :)

Our song
This is a song that means so much to me and my hubby. Not many know our story but just knowing that nine years has gone by and we are still very much in love makes me the happiest woman alive. Marriage takes hard work and beating all the odds, and although we have a lot of years ahead of us, i believe the best is yet to come. God has truly blesses us both. I love you sweetie....
Livin' Our Love Song by Jason Michael Carroll
Baby, when I look at you
With your hair falling down in your baby blues
Standing there across the room
I get so lost in the way you move
It makes me reminisce,
back to years ago on a night like this
Teary-eyed, as you took my hand
And I told you I'd be your man
So many thing have come,
so many things have gone
one thing that's stayed the same
is our love's still going strong
Baby just look at us,
all this time and we're still in love
Something like this just doesn't exist
between a backwoods boy and a fairytale princess
People said it would never work out
But living our dreams, has shattered all doubts
It feels good to prove 'em wrong
Just livin' our love song
Oh, darling, would you look at me
With my heart beatin' fast, and my shaky knees
It's pretty hard to believe
After all these years, I still need you this badly
You're dancing in my arms
With a spotlight moon and a sea of stars
Oh girl we've come so far
Everything I want is everything you are
I just wanna lay you down,
say I love you without a sound
I think you know what I'm talkin' about
Baby just look at us, all this time and we're still in love
Something like this just don't exist
between a backwoods boy and a fairytale princess
People said it would never work out
But living our dreams, has shattered all doubts
Feels good to prove 'em wrong

losing weight
ok, so i know that i am not pregnant, and have not had a baby, BUT i want to lose weight! :)
after my miscarriage three years ago i started gaining weight and well i am proud of myself for not gaining much weight for the majority of our marriage (except to fill out as a woman) but even so i want to get back to that weight. i wont say what i weigh now... but it's not that bad. and luckily i have a lot of muscle. i will say this. i was at a size 12 in January and now can fit into most size 8's, so i am very proud of myself. i say most size 8's because everywhere you go clothes fit differently. i want to just tone up and lose some lbs. before the holidays hit and before i do get pregnant! my dr. said that it's a great start and losing another 15 will be great for me. so i am excited. i am trying the special k challenge and of course the old weight watchers theory, smaller portions! i dont pig out, and dont always finish my food and i have found that helps. i order water instead of sodas and i drink lots of it! so for those of you that think i have a small bladder it's not true! i just drink a lot! and that's a great thing to do!
ok so other than that not much else is going on. Dennis and i have started doing some Christmas shopping, since we have so many to shop for it's nice to get a head start on things. i spoke to my friend that lives near our old house in conroe and she said she is usually all done by October 1st every year! but because they are starting a business she is not done yet. hahahaahaha that's hilarious. i wish i could say that! she doesnt have as many to shop for but she does what i have always wanted to do. she sees something for someone and buys it. i want to get into that routine. one day! i do hate how commercialized Christmas is, but believe me i never forget and i will always thank Jesus for what He did for us. He was the ulitmate gift to us and we must never forget that...
God bless!
