Here's to my best friend, my sis in law, Joni

Wow is all i can say! Joni i cant believe you are graduating... i cant believe i met you almost ten years ago and saw the cutest and sweetest little eight year old girl ever! How could i have known that ten years later we would be great friends and know so much about each other? When i married your brother i didnt realize just how blessed i would be but i was and I still am... i received a huge family that took me in as their own daughter, sister, and aunt... little did i know that receiving you as a sister would change my life forever. what would i do without you Joni? what would your family do without you? i know your brother adores you and is so proud of you and how can i not be? i know you were his sister first but i love you so much that sometimes i feel like i have known you all my life. You are my best friend, my fashion expert and a listening ear when i need someone to talk to... we may be ten years apart but you have always seemed so mature and have always cared for others... you dont take crap from people and when someone hurts you it breaks my heart.

I cant wait to see where God takes you in life. you have had a long road in the past and i know that the older we get the harder it can get but i know you. I know that you will take life each day with a determination and know that whatever you face you will face it head on with God on your side. you wont give up and if you feel the need to then just give me a call! i am always here for you. I can see you now reading this and you will have a sweet smile on your face and then you will have something funny to comment to me to make me laugh! you always make me laugh... you and your brother are so much alike in that aspect. always making others laugh... it's great! dont stop doing that!

i know your mom will miss you when you move out one day but i know you and you wont forget her... you will always call her and always come by and maybe even cook for her! LOL!!!! if she lets you right???? and your dad will miss you too but he will be so proud of you and the life you will lead. you have learned from the mistakes others have made and you have a determination to try and do things the right way but dont forget that no one is perfect, if you fall just know that we are here for you always... family is the most important thing besides God in this world... and without family and God we are lost. so always remember that your family loves you and we are truly blessed to have known you even if just for a minute... we love you Joni... I love you Joni! so much!
