Counting down-19 weeks to go

How Elijah is growing:Your baby now weighs about three-quarters of a pound and is approximately 10 1/2 inches long — the length of a carrot. You may soon feel like he's practicing martial arts as his initial fluttering movements turn into full-fledged kicks and nudges. You may also discover a pattern to his activity as you get to know him better. Elijah's eyebrows and lids are present now.

i laugh at how they say his flutters are turning into full fledged kicks now... he has been doing that for about 5 weeks now! my little guy loves to kick me... and it's funny... depending on his mood he moves when he hears certain sounds... but for the most part when he is still, all i have to do is say "hey Elijah, mommy loves you" and he moves! he will kick me once or just get really active. it just depends... i can be laughing at a tv show or talking on the phone and he is quiet but when i get off the phone or pause the tv i can say his name and that i love him and he moves and kicks me... and it's so cool that i am learning the pattern of his activity too... it's so much fun getting to know this little guy even before i see him and hold him and can kiss his sweet face...
this has to be the greatest joy in my life. i just cant believe it sometimes and feel as if i am dreaming... God is so good!

on other news, not much going on really. i think i found the bedding i want and it's a whole lot cheaper! haha... i was going to see if my mom could make it... but i think with me not having a whole lot of time to get down there and the stress of thinking about it and not being able to find the perfect material... i will just get this one that i have picked out. Dennis likes it and my mom said she thinks it's cute... i will have my mom make curtains though! she does such a great job with making things... and i feel bad not having her make everything but i think this will be easier on both of us... and once we get into our house and i measure the window and find the material to match some of his bedding she will love making the curtains for him... i know she is making a blanket for him though! i am not allowed to see it until it's done but it's what she does for her friends who have babies and she made my sister a gorgeous blanket for Addyson... i just cant wait to see it! mom i know you are going to do an awesome job!!! i promise not to try to peek when i come to visit!
other than that i am getting over a pretty bad cold. it hit me so hard monday night and i didnt sleep much... but i had inventory on tuesday so i went in and didnt last but six hours at work and so i left and went home... dennis took great care of me and got me some medicine and vitamin c and made me dinner and cleaned up too! i just laid on the couch from 12 to 10 and by then i felt a lot better and i actually got a great night sleep last night... thank you sweetie for taking such great care of me! i am so thankful you were home with me!
