How E Man is growing: Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. His weight — a pound and a half — isn't much more than an average rutabaga, but he's beginning to exchange his long, lean look for some baby fat. As he does, his wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and he'll start to look more and more like a newborn. He's also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you'd now be able to discern its color and texture.awwww my little guy weighs as much as a rutabaga... LOL... how cute! i am so excited... 15 weeks left or a little longer if he decides to wait on making his appearance but still i cant believe that just 15 weeks left and i will be at the end of my pregnancy... this has been a great experience so far for me and i do love it! i am going to go through withdrawals i am sure once he is out... i love feeling him wake up with me and move around and i love how he moves at the sound of my voice. every evening when i am relaxing on the couch he just moves soooooooo much and does flips of all sorts. it's so funny and sometimes can hurt a little too! but it's so worth it! but at the same time i cant wait to hold him and kiss him and just love him so much it hurts! i am so thankful for this precious gift...Elijah we love you so much already sweetie...

what the heck is a rutabaga? LOL. i mean i've heard of it but i have no idea what it looks like.. i'm assuming it's a fruit or vegetable of some sort because that's what all of the comparisons have been... lol. i saw on one of the other countdowns yesterday i think that his eyelids are opening or something.. thought that was pretty cool.
seems like the holidays are going to make the next few months fly! I can't wait to meet my son. :) I love you Kristen
I'm sorry, i thought i commented on this one. he's already over a pound. can you believe it?? he looks like a newborn already. You will definitely miss being pregnant once he's out...but you won't want to put him back in, i promise!
