Ok so wow i am slacking big time! i have this gorgeous little boy and wonderful husband and i havent blogged about either one of them in so long!!!! what can i say??? i am very busy! of course i can not imagine having more than one kiddo right now and i know you other moms that have more than one are saying "um is she kidding??? she has way more time than i do!" LOL believe me ladies! i KNOW that you guys have way more going on!!! i am just glad i am starting out with one and working my way up!!!!
so our little guy is growing so fast!!! oh my goodness. he is 25 inches long and 14 lbs!!!!! he is happy and sweet and he makes our world so much brighter!!! he is smiling all the time and has even laughed a few times! what can i say??? i am so funny! NOT!!! he just thinks his mom is so goofy! i love making funny faces at him and tickling his belly. Daddy can make him smile all the time too! boy does Elijah love his daddy... they love to play together all the time. Elijah loves to talk and has been talking since almost day one... it's crazy but he will just seem like he is really having a conversation with you. he will look you right in the eyes and talk away. i really wish i knew what he was saying but since i dont i just act like i do! :O)
he is constantly trying to sit up. when you lay him down and he wants to get up he will lift his head up and try to bring himself to a sitting position. if he wants you to pick him up he leans forward and waits for you to pick him up. he has a sweet little whine when he is exhausted and will keep it going until he falls asleep. he loves his swing and will talk to the toys that dangle above his head. we are thinking that since both his parents LOVE to talk he will be a big talker also... all three of us will be fighting to get a word in at all times!!! i just love him so much!!!! here are some pics for you guys! hope you enjoy!!!

i'm glad yall are enjoying parenthood so much... i have to say e is such a sweet baby and i loved helping take care of him. i love when he smiles too!
i have a video of him on my camera.. it was one time when you were in the shower or something.. but he was in his swing and i was talking and playing with him and towards the end he was just smiling and talking!
those are cute pics.. his eyes look big like he's scared lol maybe it's the flash. he is getting so big! i hope we can visit again too. hope you and e feel better.... have a good week.

he is so adorable. thanks for updating us and don't worry, things get easier. I know it sounds crazy but at the beginning I was so tired and constantly busy. but now it seems, strange enough, that I have time to actually do stuff! Hang in there girl!
Finally an update!! Just kidding! We all know you are busy. I agree with Sarah, it does get a little easier as they get older when there is more of a set schedule. Elijah is such a big healthy boy. He looks great! Enjoy him and keep sending pictures our way...And once you get some laughs on video, put them up!!

yea!! thanks for the update! Ok so in that 3rd picture i think he looks a lot like ryan (not that i know what ryan looked like lol) but in that picture he does! sooo stinkin cute! can't wait to see him!
Hey girl! Look at lil sweet pea! Aaaw... You know, any momma can understand about being too busy! No need to apologize, it's a bonus when you can share pics with everyone else. I laugh just thinking of all the times we went an got our pictures done, and I separated them all out, and never sent them out.
