Happy 5 Months Little Man!

If you look close i cut his hair! it's shorter and looks so much better. made me sad to cut off his newborn hair but now he is all blonde!

oh my goodness! i cant believe you are 5 months old already. You have grown up so fast and yet you are still my little baby!

Elijah sweetie you are such an angel. you have started doing so much more lately. you love to roll around on your back on the floor and play with your feet. it's amazing how far you can go on just your back!!! you love to laugh and smile and that makes us so happy! 

you are reaching and grabbing things so much better now and when i pick you up you like to put your arms around my neck and grab my hair and bury your face in my neck. i like to think you are giving me a hug!!! you have a new laugh that you do that sounds so funny and you have also learned how to scream even louder than you used to. it is a high pitched loud scream that hurts mommy and daddy's ears!!!! you still dont sleep through the night but you know when it's bedtime. as soon as you have had your bath at night you are ready for me to feed you and you go right to sleep. for naps you love sleeping on mommy's soft blanket and you can put yourself to sleep by rubbing the blanket and sucking your thumb. when you wake up from your naps you like to cuddle and you are so happy to see me come get you. lately i can sit and rock you and you just lay in my lap sucking your thumb, watching everything that i do. you dont like riding in the car for long trips and it makes mommy sad to hear you cry. you are definately showing your little personality more and more. i think you are going to be a happy, funny and sweet child so we will see wont we??? i love you so much and i cant wait to see how much more fun you will be this next month. happy 5 months little angel.
