Happy 21 Months Elijah

Oh man. you are such a big boy! but still my sweet baby boy. always will be!

you talk non stop. the other day i taught you something really cool. now when we ask you how old you are you hold up one finger and say "one". and your new favorite phrase is "come on now" lol, you get that from me. I always say "Elijah, come on now" when you throw food on the floor or wont cooperate with me. ha such a stinker!

Daddy taught you how to give "wet willies" and i do not like that at all! but you laugh and think it's awesome! daddy taught you to show your muscles too! so cute!

when Brownie barks outside you say "hush Brownie, hush" just like mommy. and sometimes when you go outside you will walk up to her and she is laying down and you say "hush brownie" and she just looks at you... ha.

you also like to bark like a dog and get the neighbors dogs to bark. ha ha...

you love to swing and you would live outside if i let you. when the weather is cooler i open the back door and you take all your stuffed animals out and some of your toys and go back and forth outside, inside etc... you love it!!!

you have 2 bears, a puppy, doggy, and mouse (Mickey Mouse), that you love to sleep with. pretty soon you wont have any room in your crib for you! ha.

you are growing so fast. i went through all your clothes and got rid of your 18 month shirts. you have some adorable clothes for the fall and winter now! :)

you love to say "oh cool", "nice" and "that's cute" ha ha... :)

when you want to "fay" (play) you will grab our hand or pull on our clothes to come "fay" with you. you love to sing and dance! i sing "Jesus loves me" at night when you go to bed and now i say "Elijah, you want to sing?" and you say "yes" and we sing that song together. at the end you give a big "sooooooo" and i love it!!! you have such a sweet little voice! when i ask if you want to go bye bye or get the mail with me you say "sure" and run to the door. last night you said "Mommy, mail?" and i said yes let's go get the mail and you said "yes!" and you went with me.

you are so loveable and huggable. we have so much fun with you. when daddy is at work you look at me and say "dadda at work" and i say "yes" and you say "ok"... or when i say dadda is home you run through the house yelling "yay!!!!" ha you love your daddy!!!!

you now say "come on now" and it's soooo funny, mommy and daddy laugh every time you say it... i always say "Elijah, come on now" when you do something that irritates me. so now you play and say it. ha ha. you also can't say truck right. and it's KINDA embarrassing when we go out and walk through a parking lot and you yell "truck" the way you do. it's funny for some but man it's not a pretty word, so it is very embarrassing for mommy. ha. :) i am sure you will grow out of it.

you tell us stories about your day too. you talk about all the people in your life too. when we drive into someone's neighborhood you know who we are going to see and you yell out their names.

you love "fench fies" and chips and snacks. your snacks are the chewy fruit that comes in the "Cars" box. :)

Elijah you are such a sweet, energetic, amazing little boy!!! We love you sooooo much sweetie!!!! stay sweet forever!
