Christmas this year was so awesome now that we have Elijah in our lives! Dennis was off and that was awesome since he worked the past two years. We got up Christmas morning (Elijah woke us up around 7 am) and we immediately took him to the living room to open presents. He had a lot of fun and we filmed most of it and i got a couple of pictures... i wish i had taken more but since we had the video camera going i didnt think about it at the time. he was so cute!!! he loved all of his toys so much. he kept saying "ball, ball, ball" over and over. it was sooooooo adorable. he got a basketball goal from Santa and he loves it!!! he got some big leggo's, some trucks that he loves to push along on the floor, a Mickey Mouse book, a piano, and a cell phone. He would open one and play with it and the paper and then we had to get his attention so he could open another gift. it was so funny. before we left for my parents he was playing with a cup he found in the kitchen. LOL he loves the most simple things!

after we opened gifts i made my boys some eggs and then we put Elijah down for a nap and Dennis and I got ready. Dennis got me a straightener and a purse! i love them both! he also got me some cute stuff for my stocking. we had fun shopping for each other but shopping for Elijah was so much more fun for us. Dennis would walk around the store like a kid in a candy store... he wanted to get Elijah everything and i told him he needed to pace himself! LOL

after we got ready we went to my parents house and spent the whole day there. it was so fun. my mom and dad got him a little car to ride around in. my sis got him a car ball pit. and my brothers got him clothes and a book and some other little things that he loves! it was so cold that day and the guys decided to go out and play bball while us girls stayed warm inside.

we stayed the night at my parents and left at 7:30 am to go to Dennis' dad's house for Christmas. it was a lot of fun seeing everyone. Nana and Pawpaw got him another car to ride around in so now he has two!!! he loves them both! he is such a big boy when he climbs on and pushes all the buttons. it's just too cute watching him climb on and off of it. he isnt sure about driving it around yet. before i know it he will be all over the house in them!

we got home late that night and poor Elijah was so worn out... Sunday we slept in and relaxed all day. it was a busy few days for him!

Elijah got some cute clothes from Kristina and some pj's from Joni. they are adorable!!! and danielle and the kids got him some tools and a cute little bag for him to keep them in. gosh this kid has too many toys!!! we are going to have to put some away and donate some for sure!!!

we are so thankful for everyone and their generosity for our new little addition to the family. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!!!
